Use light pressure
Press gently. Too much pressure can make the signal worse.
Hold still
Retake the reading when quality stays Weak.
Device availability
Camera measurement depends on device capability, permission, rear camera access, torch availability, and native runtime support. Web and simulator previews cannot prove a real pulse measurement.
Wellness-only use
Pulse is not a medical device and is not for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, clinical monitoring, or medical decisions.
